Two new shows 8 new performances !!

This summer saw us undertake our latest seris of shows. Our senior group performed 'Bugsy Malone' complete with a live band and splurge guns, whilst our junior group performed 'The Wizard of Oz'. All shows saw us reach out to wider audiances and were sold out for most nights, no mean feat considering there were 8 shows in total.For more information please click here.

Three Sell Out Shows At The Fisher Theatre

BATS (Bungay Arts and Theatre Society) and the FISHER THEATRE

As you are probably aware the Fisher Theatre has now re-opened. Cast members from our October 2006 performances in costume attended the grand opening. We were also the first theatre group to perform in the new theatre. For more information about these shows click here

T SHIRTS

We launched our new logo and publicity material during the Festival 2005. We still have T shirts for sale and they are all at £6 whatever the size. Great for leisure wear or for gardening!
Support us all by buying one and publicising the group.

BACK STAGE CREW

We are aware that many young people in and around Bungay do not want to be actors but would like to be involved behind the scenes in lighting, sound, stage management or just helping. We want to focus on offering more opportunities for these young people this year and recruiting more young people for the shows we do. Imagine when you are able to work backstage in the brand new facilities at the Fisher Theatre!

COSTUME

Alison Wynn has worked miracles with costumes and it is getting to the point where she is running out of energy and certainly needs more help and storage.
If you can help us with this or want to get involved with costume ask at the open evening or phone one of the numbers below.

CHAPERONES AND MATRONS!

We do continue to need help at our rehearsals in the form of people to care for children while we rehearse. This is something we have to do by law and we need your help or a system to deal with legal requirements. If you were able to volunteer as a parent or person over 18 we would be very grateful.
One rehearsal with you in attendance a term would be wonderful and would share the load. Contact us by email, snail mail or just drop in to a rehearsal if you are able to help.
